Apple Store Pains Me...
Apple has begun to test my patience today. I was on hold with the store for 2.5 hours and kept hearing a voice that told me I was the next caller and I was not the next caller!!
Vince calls and in less that 2 minuets gets an answer, all while I was still on hold!!!
